1144 FIFTEENTH PARKING
Parking at 1144 Fifteenth is available to building tenants and the public. Subject to availability, tenants may lease additional unreserved parking spaces beyond those specified in their Lease Agreement on a month-to-month basis. Please contact LAZ Parking for details and availability.
Any vehicle found violating posted signs or left on the premises for an extended period without approval will be towed at the owner's expense.
DAILY PARKING RATES
For daily parkers, the following rates apply:
- 10-30 minutes: $5
- 30 minutes - 1 hour: $10
- 1 hour - 1.5 hours: $15
- 1.5 hours - 2 hours: $20
- Nights (4pm - 5am): $8
- Weekends (All day): $8
- Daily Max Rate (5am - 8pm): $20
- Early Bird Special: $12 (All day, in before 8am, out before 8pm)
Payment Method: All parking payments and validations must be made by credit card only. Cash payments are not accepted.
MONTHLY PARKING RATES
Monthly parking options subject to availability, with the following rates:
- Non-Reserved Parking: $235 per month
- Reserved (Upper Levels): $295 per month
- Premier Reserved (Lower Levels): $325 per month
Tenants interested in monthly parking should contact LAZ Parking directly to arrange for parking access. A separate parking agreement will need to be signed through LAZ Parking to complete the process. Please note that continued overnight parking is strictly prohibited with monthly parking subscriptions. One-off overnight parking is only allowed with prior approval from the Property Management Office. Parking access is added to tenant building access card; the number of access cards requested will determine the processing time for programming and any associated costs for the access cards are outlined in your Lease Agreement.
GARAGE CLEARANCE
- Upper Level Parking: 7'2"
- B1 Lower Level Parking: 8'2"
- B2 Lower Level Parking: 7'2"
EV CHARGING STATIONS
There are 6 EV charging stations available for electric vehicle owners. These are on a first-come, first-served basis. First two hours are complimentary and vehicles are charged $2 an hour thereafter.
BIKE STORAGE ROOMS
3 bike storage rooms are available for tenants to securely store their bicycles. Please contact the Property Management Office for more details and availability.
PARKING ACCESS CARD REASSIGNMENT
Parking access can be reassigned from one employee to another. To request a reassignment, please contact LAZ Parking directly at 303-291-1111 x 111 or email 1144parking@lazparking.com.
ANTI-PASSBACK FEATURE
Parking access is equipped with an anti-passback feature, which prevents a vehicle from passing through the entry/exit terminal more than once without following the proper sequence. After the card is read at one terminal, it cannot be used again at that terminal until it has been read by the opposite terminal.
