LOADING DOCK AND DELIVERIES

DELIVERY INFORMATION FOR 1144 FIFTEENTH

All deliveries to 1144 Fifteenth must be made to the loading dock area, which is accessible from Lawrence Street between 14th and 15th Streets. Goods will then be transported to tenant spaces using the freight elevator, unless alternative arrangements are made through the Property Management Office.

 

LOADING DOCK CLEARANCE

  • Entering the Dock: 13'4" clearance
  • Exiting the Dock: 12'4" clearance
    Delivery vehicles must meet these height requirements to avoid damage when entering or exiting the loading dock.


SECURITY AND DELIVERY ACCESS

The loading dock is monitored during business hours by a dock master. All deliveries must check in with Security to gain access. Security will then direct deliveries to the appropriate freight elevator based on the delivery size and the hours of operation.

 

DELIVERY GUIDELINES

  • Small Deliveries: (e.g., courier services, office supplies, water delivery, etc.) must use the loading dock and freight elevator. Passenger elevators are restricted for delivery access.
  • Large Deliveries: For larger items (furniture, equipment, or bulk supplies), arrangements must be made at least 48 hours in advance with Property Management. These deliveries must be scheduled outside normal business hours and be supervised by a tenant representative.

 

LOADING AND DELIVERY DISCLAIMER

All delivery, shipping, and unloading activities must be carried out only at the designated times, locations, and using the specified elevators, entrances, halls, and corridors as determined by the Landlord. The Landlord reserves the right to amend or update these regulations to ensure the orderly operation of the building’s delivery facilities.

 

INSURANCE DISCLAIMER

Tenants must ensure that all vendors are fully insured and comply with applicable legal and lease-specific insurance requirements. The Landlord accepts no liability for the actions or omissions of any parties involved in the operation of delivery facilities, including any delays, damages, theft, or errors unless caused by the Landlord's negligence or willful misconduct.
