The following is a list of holidays observed by the Property Management Office at 1144 Fifteenth:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Please keep in mind:
- The Property Management Office will be closed.
- No janitorial service is performed unless arrangements are made in advance through the Property Management Office. A fee will be charged.
- The building is secured in after-hours mode and card access will be required for entry.
- The building’s heating and air conditioning system will not be scheduled to operate unless arrangements are made in advance through the Angus Work Order System. After-hours charges will apply in accordance with your Lease.
